About the artist

As a self taught artist, Lipiche (Linda for those who know her well) has discovered the joy of painting with oil only recently. It is in August 2006 that she created her first painting of a horse, which she sold only weeks after.

Since then, painting has become her way of expressing the emotions and the love she feels toward animals of all kind.  Many of her commissioned work and original work have been sold around the world, as far as Australia and Japan !

Although she specializes in equine art, Lipiche also excels in painting our furry friends who share our lives on this wonderful planet.

Lipiche doesn't consider herself as an ''artist''. She rather sees herself as an animal lover who wants to pay tribute to all creatures, big and small.
